What is KAI?
KAI is an acronym for the Kirton Adaptive-Innovative Inventory. It is a psychometric measure of preferred thinking style based on thirty-two multiple-choice questions.
It has been extensively researched and used in the management of team and group diversity in the corporate, academic and therapeutic worlds over the last fifty years.
KAI provides a measure of one’s preferred thinking or problem-solving style on a non-pejorative scale ranging from ‘Adaptive’ to ‘Innovative’. |
