Caroline Päkel-Dunlop founded to the heart in 2000. Caroline is half French and half German and studied Spanish at university. Her linguistic skills led her to specialise in multi-national qualitative research at the start of her professional career. She has since built an extensive network of contacts throughout the world.
Her passion is helping people communicate. Communication is key within any group situation: for information gathering, evaluation, idea generation, planning and overall decision making. When communication fails, all fails.
She uses structured problem-solving methods to aid and support effective dialogue and collaborative work within groups and teams.
