to research

When?
Most often, when we need facts, information or evaluative feedback. Fact-finding is key to exploring, understanding and re-defining any problem situation, whilst evaluation is also best done by the end-users for product or service refinement or validation.

What?
The types of research approaches we use and combine include:

  • Telephone
  • Online
  • Observation-ethnographic
  • Face-to-face
  • Continuous
  • Panel based

How?
And we don’t do ‘traditional research’, we leave it to the ‘measurement experts’. We don’t deal with numbers and statistics, only with people, their experiences, their feelings and their motivations.

We conduct creative and participative research. Most of our research projects include face-to-face interactions and are all based on real collaborations between people. We invite people to interactive ‘sharing’ sessions with us, others and with our clients.

Who?
Sessions are conducted with individuals, couples, pairs of friends or colleagues, triads of any kind, families, cross-professional teams, groups of people, employees, professionals…whoever the challenge calls for!
